PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automate management of radio base station related information, and taking of installed position information during the period from installation to removal of a radio base station to realize simplification of maintenance. SOLUTION: Mobile communication system has a means (100) which obtains an identification code on a network 2 from a device specific code of the base station 1, a means (101, 102) which generates a pseudo mobile terminal identification code from the identification code to register a position, a means (103) which measures antenna power of a position registration signal in other base stations 3 receiving position registration to report it to a device configuration management device 4, a means (104, 105) to calculate and register a base station installed position from the above information, a means (107) to monitor a device connection state and a means (108) to delete management data automatically at the removal, and automates data control mechanically by the clarification of each means and judgment conditions.
