PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the number of part items of components of a secondary air system and reduce cost in an exhaust mission control device for a motor scooter type vehicle. SOLUTION: A vertically rockable unit swing engine 20 is provided with an exhaust emission control device sucking the air passing through a secondary air filter 54 and feeding the secondary air to an exhaust system via a secondary air intake pipe 86 provided with a reed valve 88 in the middle. A body frame 8 below a seat is covered with a rear cover 14, and a foot mount space S for a driver is formed in the front of the cover 14 in the exhaust emission control device for the motor scooter type vehicle. The secondary air filter 54 is arranged above an exhaust muffler 34 comprising an exhaust pipe section 34a and a muffler section 34b. |
