PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic magnet rotor which is low in price, and capable of reducing transmissive exciting force and noise. SOLUTION: This plastic magnet rotor is fitted with a magnetic pole portion molded out of pole-oriented plastic magnet, a shaft arranged on a center axis, and a uniting component which has axial ribs arranged around the shaft radially in radial directions. The rotor has cavities penetrating in the axial direction between the ribs, and is made from thermoplastic resin softer than the plastic magnet. The magnetic pole portion is untied with the shaft through the medium of the uniting component.
