PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an MIB(management information base) managing device for efficiently managing an exchange by extracting information required for the management of the exchange from station data, without the intervening of a human being and reflecting it on MIB. SOLUTION: A station data analysis part 41 extracts information required, when a network monitor controller manages the exchange from inputted station data 100, classifies extracted information, generates a constitution information managing file 200 at every classification and stores the constitution information managing file 200 in a constitution information managing file storage part 42. A constitution information MIB setting part 43 converts the constitution information managing file 200 stored in the constitution information managing file storage part 42 into of a format following an interface and transmits it to a MIB 44. Thus, information in the constitution information managing file 200 is made to reflect on the MIB 44.
