SOLUTION: This electronic locker physical distribution settlement system is constituted of a system to input merchandise or the information contents or order registered by a touch display of the multifunctional electronic locker, a money transfer system between a settlement account and an account at charging origin to generate cost withdrawal data of purchased merchandise, to transmit it to a settlement center system and to transfer money to an account of a merchandise provider, a system to transmit an order to the merchandise provider and a distributing company, to deliver and transfer the merchandise to the multifunctional electronic locker and to browse open/close control of a door of a shelf of the multifunctional electronic locker, temperature control and use state, etc., and a system to offer service and to issue a receipt of transaction by connecting a device such as a ticket issuing device to be mounted on the shelf of the multifunctional electronic locker.
