PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable radio emergency reporting terminal usable even outdoors and also to provide a portable radio emergency reporting system in which the position of the owner of the terminal can be found with precision. SOLUTION: The position of the owner of the portable radio emergency reporting terminal 1 can be correctly found in a wide range even outdoors by a PHS base station position-finding system consisting of a PHS base station 2, a receiving center 3 and a position information retrieval center 4, and a GPS positioning system. When the owner of the terminal 1 sends an emergency message, the message is sent to the receiving center 3, a house 5 in the neighborhood or the portable radio emergency announcing terminal 7, etc., successively in accordance with priority order. |
