PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide toilet stool equipment capable of quickly detecting a fire in a toilet room and properly coping with it in a short time. SOLUTION: When a detected temperature of a room temperature sensor 21 arranged in a toilet seat box 10 is within a normal temperature range (below 40 deg.C, for example), a control circuit 27 performs ordinary control matching the operation of respective switches 25. If a room temperature inside the toilet room detected by the room temperature sensor 21 is above a predetermined temperature (80 deg.C, for example) set to be higher than the normal temperature range, it is determined that a fire is caused in the toilet room and an alarm device 35 is actuated.
