PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently output data, and to reduce the capacity consumption of a storage device. SOLUTION: In the case of data which can be made pertinent to a retrieval condition for the first time, the address information on the data is stored in a storage device, and the data are fetched, and the registering period is stored. Then, the storage device is retrieved, and the pertinent address information is displayed, and the number of times of access of the selected data is counted. When any data are not present in the storage device, the data are fetched from the web site of an Internet based on the address information, and when the data are present in the storage device, the data are read.
