PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely apply a proper amount of paste corresponding to the size of parts. SOLUTION: A suction head mounted on a head unit sucks a part and takes it out of a part supply part, and then a part recognition camera picks up image of this part, thus the real part size is obtained, based on the image recognition. Then, the quantity of application of paste (application liquid) is obtained, based on the size, and a dispenser head (application means) mounted on the head unit applies an obtained quantity of paste in the mounting position of a printed board. Then, the part sucked by the suction head is mounted in this mounting position. |
