PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical functional component transfer device to which a voltage is applied only when it transfers an optical functional component and which can transfer the optical functional component with sufficient precision even if it is used for a long time or under a variable temperature. SOLUTION: A transfer element 4 is moved back and forth in one direction by a guide element 5 on the peripheral surface of a discordal eccentric cam 3 driven by an ultrasonic motor 2. One side of an optical filter 41 fixed to the transfer element 4 is brought into contact with the surface of the eccentric cam 3 and its another side with a coil spring 6 to abut the transfer element 4 to the eccentric cam 3. A position signal generating means which generates a signal for detecting the position of the optical filter main part 41, and a control unit which controls the ultrasonic motor 2 in accordance with signals inputted from the position signal generating means and an input means, are provided.
