PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker device which prevents sensitivity deterioration being a problem of a roll edge and realizes large amplitude driving, and to provide its manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The speaker device capable of realizing large amplitude is obtained by adhering a speaker diaphragm 11 to an inner periphery edge 13a of an edge member 13 having a edge part whose surface is almost flat and displacing the speaker diaphragm 11. Besides, the method for manufacturing the speaker device includes a process to adhere the speaker diaphragm 11 to the inner periphery edge 13a of the edge member 13, and a process to bend the edge part of the edge member 13 by displacing the speaker diaphragm 11.
