PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method for rapidly and simply reclaiming nucleic acids with high accuracy from a specimen containing nucleic acids at a low cost without lowering concentrations in samples. SOLUTION: When first to third processes or the first to fourth processes are repeated, the same chip is used. With the same chip used, the first to third processes or the first to fourth processes are again conducted on another sample. In this way, the same chip is used to repeat the first to third processes or the first to fourth processes several times and at last a fifth process is conducted. This enables the reclamation of nucleic acids without lowering concentrations in the specimens and enables the finding of specific nucleic acids such as viruses from among them. If the specimens of 50 persons are tested, the first to third processes or the first to fourth processes are conducted on each of the specimens of the 50 persons by using the same chip without thinning every specimen. Even if the concentration of a nucleic acid in a specimen is thin and on the edge of undetectability, the nucleic acid can be reclaimed without lowering the concentration, and the amount of nucleic acid reclaimed can be increased.
