PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide water heating equipment which can quickly and surely detect the entrance and leaving of a person into and from a bathroom, can automatically start and stop hot water supply by utilizing a human body sensor, and can automatically turn on/off bathroom heating. SOLUTION: This water heating equipment is provided with a bath room having a bathtub, a washing place, and the entrance to the washing place, a human body detecting sensor which picks up images showing the movement of a human body in the bathroom and processes the images, an infrared sensor which detects the human body with infrared rays. The equipment is also provided with the human body sensor housing the human body detecting sensor and infrared sensor in one case and a control means which outputs a control command to the equipment when the human body sensor detects an object to be detected. |
