PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable both a service user and a service provider to receive or provide service irrelevantly to the kind of an accounting procedure program in use. SOLUTION: This method provides the according procedure service for a service user by using a server computer 1 connected to the computer terminal 4 of the service user and computer terminals 3 of plural accounting persons so that data can be communicated, and includes a reception step wherein the server computer 1 receives file data containing account input data sent from the computer terminal of the service user, a conversion step wherein the file data are converted to the file format corresponding to the accounting procedure program that the accounting person is using, and a transmission step wherein the converted file data are sent to the computer terminal of the accounting person. |
