METHOD AND DEVICE FOR EXECUTING PC-STEEL STRANDED-WIRE CONNECTING STRUCTURE SECTION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine the conditions of the filling of a grout material filled to the connecting section of a PC-steel stranded wire covered with a coupler sheath surely, and to maintain the proper fluidity and polymerizing curing period of the grout material. SOLUTION: The connecting section of the PC-steel stranded wire is covered with the transparent coupler sheath having a filler port and a discharge opening for the grout material in a pipe wall, and the temperature of the grout material (preferably a delayed curable epoxy resin grout material) is controlled so that fixed fluidity and curing period can be maintained and the inside of the coupler sheath is filled with the grout material.
