PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that market arrangement is not sufficient for an organization such as an enterprise or a group to receive (buy) any non-physical service such as consulting out-sourcing on management, operation, and control although transaction using the Internet is becoming possible concerning the procurement or selling of material wealth and that it is not possible for a small and medium-sized enterprise to conveniently or easily select such service, and that it is necessary to largely spend costs and labors to grasp, control, and monitor preparation necessary for the introduction of the out-sourcing and the situation after the start of the out-sourcing while the out-sourcing is becoming popular. SOLUTION: A virtual mall constituted of a shop opened by a company exclusive for consulting out-sourcing is set up on the Internet. Then, an integral centralized control and monitor system such as a security company for providing a system site being the base of planning such as consulting out-sourcing on the Internet, and for managing and monitoring the planning in a real time is constructed. |
