<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve air pollution conditions by having data constituting the base of the presence/absence of charging, a charging amount and a charging area by measuring the air pollution conditions in real time and reflecting the result in a road pricing system. SOLUTION: In the road pricing system for charging a passing vehicle, data representing the pollution conditions of the atmosphere are measured with instruments 101 provided at a plurality of spots, these data are compared with a prescribed upper or lower limit values by a control computer 102 and according to this comparison result, the presence/absence of charging, the charging amount, the charging area and a charging car type or the like are changed.</p> |
