<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the recognition rate in a short response time at the time of recognizing a limited number of words to be normally used. SOLUTION: This device is constituted so that speech recognition is normally conducted for a normal vocaburary memory 5b which contains a limited number of words normally used. Only when a specific condition is satisfied, speech recognition is conducted for all vocaburary memory 5c as a recognition object. Moreover, the recognition object is manually set for the memories 5b and 5c.</p> |
