PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate regulation of a winding speed or a winding force of an automatic winding type screen device. SOLUTION: A drive regulating shaft 25 supporting a winding shaft 7 of a screen 5 is supported rotatably by a bracket 3A provided at one end of a winding box 1. One end of a coil spring 29 is connected to the drive regulating shaft 25, while the other end of the spring is connected to the winding shaft 7. An engaging part 25b engageable with and disengageable from a rotation checking member 35 provided at the bracket 3A is formed at the shaft end part of the drive regulating shaft. A drive regulating part 25c for regulating the winding speed of the screen by adjusting the strength of the coil spring 29 by engaging and rotating it by an engaging tool such as a driver when the rotation checking member 35 is disengaged from the engaging part 25b is provided at the end face on the shaft end part side of the drive regulating shaft 25.
