PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a free inclination type conduit gutter constructible with a drain inclination set freely without respect to a road inclination and capable of improving water collecting ability and a landscape. SOLUTION: In a gate type gutter block, a single load bearing beam is arranged in the center of each side wall upper face or two load bearing beams are arranged in both end sides, while the bottom part is opened fully. In this gate type gutter block, a lid placing opened part on the upper face is formed as a fitting part having the same width as the load bearing beam, while the surface shape of the load bearing beam and the gutter lid is formed into a pan shape, a V-shape substantially, a one-sided slant shape, an L-shape, or a flat shape, and the vicinity of the central part of the gutter lid is provided with a single slit or several slits arranged longitudinally or transversely. The gutter lid is placed in the opened part of the gutter block so as to be constructed integrally with each other.
