Modular tile (1) for building structures presenting a longer symmetrical axis A1 and a shorter symmetrical axis A2 which are at right angles to each other and which define four identical modular L-shaped sections (M4) on the tile (1) itself and presenting a respective rectangular lateral section: the tile (1) presents two side hollows (4) which are suitable for housing at least one lateral section (3) of another tile (1) in the same building structure.
