<p>The invention relates to a method and to a device for gently discharging viscoplastic and visoelastic mixed materials, especially doughs, from a kneading trough. The mixed materials are conveyed in an axial direction (118) along a mixing path without exerting pressure thereon by means of at least two counter-rotating spiral helices (102, 104), the diameters of which partially overlap. The aim of the invention is to allow for a gentle discharge of the mixed materials from the kneader. To this end, the mixed materials are fed along the direction of conveyance to a tapered trough that is provided with an opening. The mixed materials are detached from the helices by means of at least two tools (106, 108) that are mounted on the respective helix shafts and are conveyed towards the opening.</p> |
