An electronic circuit arrangement is disclosed, with a motor vehicle controller, which may be connected by means of a current/voltage supply (6), whereby the motor vehicle controller or the current/voltage supply for the motor vehicle controller is connected to a switching unit (2, 4), for independent connection of the motor vehicle controller. The motor vehicle controller may be switched on or off by means of the switching unit (2). Also disclosed is the use thereof for the regulation and monitoring of electronic or electrohydraulic braking systems. The invention further relates to a system whereby leakage from a pressure reservoir is monitored and should the pressure fall below a fixed threshold value during the temporally limited activation, the pressure reservoir is recharged by means of a filling device.
