<p>In the present invention, there is disclosed a headdress method, particularly elongation and/or thickening of hair wherein the method is based on a principle of connection a strand (6) of own hair and a strand (1) of additional hair using a heat-shrinkable plastic tube (7) inserted in advance on said strand (6) of own hair. A solid corpuscle (3) of plastic, heat-resistant material is formed on each strand (1) of additional hair in which the additional hair is retained and representing thus reinforced portion thereof, whereupon the strand (1) of additional hair with so formed solid corpuscle (3) is inserted in the strand (6) of own hair being attached thereto and the plastic tube is (7) displaced so as to encompass said solid corpuscle (3) and to overlap the solid corpuscle (3) at its both ends wherein after heating and subsequent shrinkage of the plastic tube (7) the jacket thereof is deformed along the shape of the solid corpuscle (3). The plastic tube (7) encompassing tightly the solid corpuscle (3) draws at the same time together all hairs overlapping both ends thereof. Prior connecting, said solid corpuscle (3) surface is roughened serving for catching own hairs pressed toward the surface of the solid corpuscle (3) after shrinkage of the plastic tube (7) in which jacket copying the surface of the roughened solid corpuscle (3) the tops of this roughening are pressed in. The solid corpuscle (3) is made of a metal tube (8) that is inserted on the strand (1) of the additional hair in the region (2) of the end to be attached and then it is pressed round thereof so that when the metal tube (8) is subjected from outside to radial pressure from several sides to thereby making depressions (9) all over the height of the tube (8) one above other and radially offset to each other and reaching between hairs into inner space of the pressed metal tube (8) so that the metal tube substantially maintains cylindrical shape.</p> |
