The present invention relates to a geared-down motor unit comprising: - a rotary motor (1), the drive shaft (2) of which is coupled to a driving gear (3) for the purpose of transmitting the rotational motion of the drive shaft (2) to an output toothed wheel (4) via an intermediate wheel (5) coupled to the said driving gear (3) and to the said output toothed wheel (4), further a first (6) and a second (7) antifriction bearing block arranged on the drive shaft (2) respectively on either side of the rotary motor, further a motor flange (8), arranged around the said rotary motor (1), holding the said first antifriction bearing block (6), and a reducing gear (9) flange arranged around said driving gear, said output toothed wheel and said intermediate wheel.
