PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a carbon material activation equipment, a carbon material activation method, and an electrical two layer capacitor manufacturing method, which enable to utilize electrically activated carbon material at high yielding percentage. SOLUTION: In the activation equipment 1 (2) in which an electrolyte is filled and a carbon material 21 (22) is activated with elevated voltage, the carbon material 21 (22) is effectively activated. In the equipment, a separator 31a for the carbon material 21 (22), to be activated, and a separator 32b for a supplementary material 11, supplementary to the activation equipment 1 (2), are separable each other. Thus, the carbon material 21 (22) are taken out after being, activated from the equipment without break and damage and are assembled into an electrical two layer capacitor. |
