PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a work blanking system and a method how to use it, whereby it is possible to blank out a work to make each product neatly without requiring die replacement even in the case various items of products are to be made by blanking. SOLUTION: The work blanking device to blank out a work 50 having a product part 51 and a peripheral edge part 52 connected to the product part 51 through a connecting part 53 which ruptures freely, is composed of a first die 20 provided with an opening 23 corresponding to the product part 51, a plurality of blanking pins 32 arranged advancing and retreating freely in correspondence to the product part 51, and a fixing means 31 to fix the positions of the blanking pin 32, wherein further the arrangement includes a second die 30 to separate the product part 51 by rupturing the connecting part 53 by pressing the work 50 in the space against the first die 20.
