<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform stable sludge treatment by ensuring feed force fitted to the properties of a sludge liquid by interposing disk rows for lightening the sludge feed force of filter rows. SOLUTION: Rotary filters 6a-6e, 7a-7j, wherein a large number of disks 10 are arranged on rotary shafts 8 at a predetermined interval, are arranged side by side in a dehydration treatment chamber 2 so as to form a plurality of coupling rows to form filter rows 6, 7 and the sludge liquid 5 supplied in the dehydration treatment chamber 2 is fed while filtered and dehydrated by the rotation of the filter rows 6, 7 to be discharged as a dehydrated cake 22. A large number of disk rows connected in one row in such a state that the outer peripheral surfaces 10a of the disks are opposed to each other are formed to the filter row 6, 7 in the direction crossing the rotary shafts 8 at a right angle. Buffering disk rows R1 or R2 weak in sludge feed force as compared with feed disk rows C are interposed between the feed disk rows C strong in sludge feed force to reduce rotary torque.</p> |
