PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide heating apparatus for filler wire which is used for hot wire TIG arc welding method. SOLUTION: In the hot wire TIG arc welding method so constituted that a melting applied wire 7 is bed by braining into contact with the first electric supply tip 8 and the second electric supply tip 9 to supply electric power between the first power electric supply tip 8 and the second electric supply tip 9 to heat the filler wire, an inclination angleθof the electric supply tip, formed by inclinating the second electric supply tip 9 to the center axis of the first electric supply tip 8, is provided.
