PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder and granule filling device which can shorten a period of time required for filling while bringing an amount to be filled in a bag closer to a target amount at a favorable precision, in the powdery/ granular body-filling device which packs a powdery/granular body in the bag by a specified weight. SOLUTION: This powder and granule filling device is equipped with a weight-detecting means 15, a digital filter, and a control section. In this case, the weight detecting means 15 performs tapping by a tapping means 16, and detects the weight of a filling bag which increases accompanying the filling of the powder and granule. The digital filter eliminates a noise signal due to tapping, from an output signal of the weight-detecting means 15 by taking a moving average by the cycle of tapping, regarding the output signal of the weight detecting means 15, and outputs the output signal. The control section obtains the weight of the powder and granule already filled in the filling bag, based on the output of the digital filter.
