PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suction pad capable of sucking a work by large suction force without damaging the work and capable of restraining the deviation in the radial direction of the work in the suction state. SOLUTION: This suction pad 10 is provided with a base part 12, a bellows part 14 and a skirt part 16. An approximately cylindrical inner cylindrical part 18 extends from the base part 12 toward the skirt part 16. In a state where a work 100 is sucked, the outer peripheral surface 18A of the inner cylindrical part 18 and the inner peripheral surface 16B of the skirt part 16 are faced to each other, and therefore, the radial movement of the skirt part 16 and the work 100 is restrained.
