The device (1), for use in an album for holding sheets of paper, plastified paper or plastic comprises a binding strip (2) with an installation component (4) and an outwardly pushable end piece (5). The arrangement allows the binding strips with L-shaped apertures (10,11,12) as bayonet connection to be placed on bar-shaped components (13,14,15). Securing is by means of a special key-hole-shaped aperture with a special screw (16). The entire arrangement can be fitted in a very professional collection album (7).
