PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drawer 16 longitudinally long within a possible range, in an article storage space 2 below a water tank 4. SOLUTION: A drain pipe 12 connected through a drain apparatus 11 to a drain hole (unillustrated) formed in the rear part of a bottom wall of the water tank 4 is piped, being offset toward the rear, and the drawer 16 is provided in a longitudinally slidable manner in an article storage space 2 below the water tank 4. The drawer 16 has a front plate 17, a bottom plate 18, and a rear member 19 erected at the rear part of the bottom plate 18. In the closed state of the drawer 16, a rear end 18a of the bottom plate 18 is positioned behind a front end 12a of the upper end of the drain pipe 12, and the rear member 19 is not brought into contact with the drain pipe 12. An inclined isolating plate 20 inclined upward to the front to isolate an article stored in the rear part of the drawer 16, from the drain pipe 12 is mounted to the upper end of the rear member 19.
