PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a body adjusting auxiliary device which is of such an extremely simple structure that it can be provided at low cost, and which provides a stable feel of use. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a foot rest plate part provided with a back-inclined foot rest surface, and protruded plate parts provided to be protruded on the front side and the rear side of the foot rest plate part in opposite directions to each other, the protruded plate part on the front side has a back-inclined foot rest surface, and that on the rear side directly or indirectly receive heel parts of a user, where the foot rest plate part is integrated with both protruded plate parts. In this device, for both protruded plate parts on the front side and the rear side, one is on the largely protruded side from the foot rest plate part, while the other is on the less protruded side. |
