PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding table integrally having a storage space for a folding chair. SOLUTION: The storage space is composed of an open frame base part surrounded by neither a side face panel nor a floor face panel, so that the accumulation of rainwater in the storage area is prevented, and this table is more suitably used for outdoor recreation. A center leaf (a center top plate) 110 of the table has an opening part allowing the insertion of a table umbrella functioning as a sunshade or a rain cover. A rubber bumper is further provided along one side face to allow the table to be stored with the side face placed on the lower side without the possibility of damaging the table. It is so designed that both side leaves 120 can be releasably locked in the folded state. There is therefore no possibility of shaking in such a manner that the side leaves are abruptly opened, and the table can be transported or stored with the side face placed on the lower side.
