PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hanging-type umbrella holder for preventing the surroundings, clothes or a cabin from being wet by taking in/taking out an umbrella when a person comes in or goes out of a gateway in a narrow gate or gets in or gets out a car in a rainy day. SOLUTION: This hanging-type umbrella holder can be hung directly or via a string, and forms a container comprising a water receiver for a small number of umbrellas and an umbrella spread preventer so that umbrellas can be easily taken in or taken out.
