PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication device for the disabled, which enhances a simple one-touch wearing on the head and portability and has a function to adjust angles according to the health or disability condition. SOLUTION: The device comprises a main body section and a wearing section. The main body section comprises a laser emitting section 1 installed with a laser pointer the switch of which is exchanged for a continuous irradiation, a base plate section 3, batteries 5, a switch 4, a case 2 and a movable plastic stand with a built-in magnet 6. The wearing section is a hair band or a cap with an iron plate 7 bonded. The base plate section 3, the switch 4 and button batteries 5 (LR44×3) are built in the case and the laser emitting section is installed outside, The iron plate 7 is bonded to a mouse pad with a double-faced adhesive tape, cut into a proper size and sewn onto the side of a hair band or a cap.
