COMBINATION STRUCTURE OF DOOR PANEL AND WEATHERSTRIP

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely position a weatherstrip 50, and suffice the drip function of draining water even by jointly using an adhesive tape 52 and high foaming sponge rubber 53 with a clip 30 for installing the weatherstip 50 on a door panel 10. SOLUTION: A tip part of an outer panel 12 in a superposing part of an inner panel 11 and the outer panel 12 on the peripheral end of the door panel 10 is projected to the indoor side to form a return part 13 for exhbiting the drip function. The return part 13 is pressed in a press-in recessed part 21 formed on the car outside of the weatherstrip 20. A projecting part 22 of the weatherstrip 20 is firmly sandwiched by the return part 13 and a support part 15 to regulate a position of the weatherstrip 20. A tip part of the return part 13 is formed as an upward part 14 to improve the drip function. A position of the weatherstrip 20 is surely regulated.
