PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for removing a precipitate whereby a precipitate in an apparatus can be efficiently removed. SOLUTION: First, the pressure in a precipitation vessel 4 is decreased to convey a precipitate P in a cleaning vessel 3 to the precipitation vessel 4. Then, the pressure in the cleaning vessel 3 is decreased to convey a precipitate P in a rinse vessel 8 to the cleaning vessel 3. Next, the pressure in the precipitation vessel 4 is decreased to convey a precipitate P in a regeneration apparatus 6 to the precipitation vessel 4. After the precipitate P is collected in the precipitation vessel 4, the precipitate P is discharged through a waste liquid line L40.
