PURPOSE: A method and an apparatus for a reverse finance and a reverse administration business model in an electronic commerce system are provided to form a reverse finance and a reverse administration business model in an electronic commerce system by providing stocks of an establishing company, a credit service, a deposit service, a loan service, and an insurance service to a consumer. CONSTITUTION: An electronic commerce support server(1) includes an electronic settlement device for performing electronic settlement operations of various consumers, a plurality of database for storing information of the consumers, a database engine and a communication device for operating the databases and transmitting contents of the databases, and an ATM(Automatic Teller Machine). An establishment consumer's PC(Personal Computer)(3) and a general consumer's PC(4) are connected with a server computer through a network. A bank server(5) supports the ATM. A stock exchange server(6) lists stocks of an establishing company. An insurance company server(7) performs an insurance business with the establishment consumer.
