MANUFACTURING METHOD OF GREY YARN USING YELLOW SOIL

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a grey yarn using yellow soil is provided, which is characterized by excellent radiating effect of far infrared ray, antibacterial operating, disinfecting operating and deodorization. CONSTITUTION: The grey yarn using yellow soil is obtained by a process containing the steps of: collecting yellow soil; heating yellow soil into a rotary klin in the range of 100-1200deg.C to burn; grinding into mesh size of 150-2500 with a normal grinder; floating the powder, followed by collecting with suction force of a fan; mixing the powder with polymer; melting the mixture; and then extruding and spinning. Below 30% of the yellow soil powder based on raw material is mixed. The yellow soil powder is mesh size of 600-2500.
