PURPOSE: A system for integrally managing a gift certificate including a design and an issue of a gift certificate through the Internet is provided to enable a client to design a gift certificate on condition that the client connects to an operator server through an Internet server without installing an additional software in one's computer. CONSTITUTION: A minute coordinate value is provided to a client being connected to an operator server based on a gift certificate shape. In addition, a member store list being used for a design by the client, a tool capable of easily inserting a logo of a company or one's photograph, a background screen, and a character example etc. are provided to the client. Also, an interface capable of being easily used by the client is constructed and a paying process is performed easily through a credit card, an on-line depositing or an Internet card. A managing program is provided for a gift certificate related business as an issuing a gift certificate, a circulation of the gift certificate, a management of a member store, and a management of a repayment, a refundment, and an abolition. Specially, a gift certificate individual managing program is included for preventing a gift certificate from being used duplicately.
