摘要 PURPOSE: An exhaust gas re-combustion system is provided to discharge exhaust gas separated from dust by using a forcible vortex after re-igniting the dust contained in the exhaust gas and to deodorize the low-temperature exhaust gas as well as to remove incomplete combustion gas. CONSTITUTION: Compressed air is injected through air spraying nozzles(30) from a compressed air tank(40) when exhaust gas is supplied into a vortex chamber(10) through an exhaust gas feed pipe(14). Fuel is injected through fuel spraying nozzles(50). If the temperature of the fed exhaust gas is high, a burner(70) is not operated. After the exhaust gas, the compressed air and the fuel is injected, a strong vortex is formed inside the vortex chamber. Thereby, the mixed gas is swirled, and the fuel is ignited by the high-temperature exhaust gas. When the fuel is burnt, the pressure of the vortex chamber is adjusted by a hollow pipe(12). The incomplete exhaust gas flowing into the exhaust gas feed pipe is re-burnt and noxious gas is removed. The mixed gas swirled by the compressed air, the re-combustion gas is swirled in a cylindrical part(16) of the vortex chamber. The re-combustion gas is descended to a conical part(18), and dust contained in the re-combustion gas is moved to the inner wall of the cylindrical part or the conical part to be descended. The re-combustion gas and the dust flows into a discharge member(60) through the end of the conical part for a critical point(CP) is positioned under the end of the conical part. Heat generated from the ignited fuel in the vortex chamber heats the inner wall of the cylindrical part and the conical part. However, the temperature does not rise by a cooling part(20) covering the vortex chamber. In a process of swirling the re-combustion gas, the dust is descended and accumulated at the bottom of the discharge member. The dust is removed from the discharge member periodically.
