PURPOSE: A wire rod supplying device for a winder is provided to smoothly convey the wire rods by keeping the closeness between the wire rods passing though collecting rollers and a tension unit and prevent the twisting phenomenon by applying back tension. CONSTITUTION: A wire rod supplying device for a winder includes an individual tension element mounted on a wire rod supplying path for supplying a wire rod wound on a bobbin to a winding device(4) for conveying at least one or more wire rods wound on the bobbin in a tensed state, a collecting element mounted at a rear part of the individual tension element in the wire rod supplying direction and having at least more than two collecting parts for collecting the wire rods passing through the individual tension element, a nozzle(9) mounted at a rear part of the collecting element in the wire rod supplying direction for supplying the collected and conveyed coils to the winding device, and a back tension element(24) mounted between the nozzle and the collecting element for generating tension for keeping the wire rods under tension when the tension of the wire rods is reduced while winding on the winding device.
