PURPOSE: A CRT electron gun is provided to achieve an enhanced resolution by expanding the diameter of the electron beam passage of the grid electrode, while improving work efficiency by eliminating the procedure for installing electrode connection member for applying voltage to the grid electrode. CONSTITUTION: A CRT electron gun comprises a cathode having a heater and which emits electrons; a plurality of grid electrodes for controlling the volume of the electron emission, and accelerating and focusing operation for the emitted electrons; an insulating support member(440) installed at upper and lower ends of the grid electrode, and which maintains constant spacing between grid electrodes; and a resistor(450) connected to the insulating support member, and which divides the high voltage applied from an external anode terminal and applies the divided voltage to the relevant grid electrode. The insulating support member has a surface with a convex-concave groove so as to allow the resistor to be inserted partially or in its entirety into the convex-concave groove.
