The invention concerns an installation wherein the products move on a belt (5) or plastic film on a cooled plate through a refrigerating chamber (1). Said device is characterised in that it comprises means (P1-P4; P, P'; PT1; PText; Pext P'ext) forming a casing at the evaporator output, wherein the cold air produced is under pressure, adapted at least to widen said blowing section and to bring it to a minimum distance from the products and comprising a series of angle sections (C1-C4) arranged side by side on said widened blowing section and with a space between them wherein the cold air stream generated by said evaporator is projected in the form of vertical cold air curtains towards the products and perpendicularly to the forward moving direction of the products. |
