PURPOSE: An on-line system for exchanging securities having an automatic loan service function is provided to increase the satisfaction of a client and to create a new client by providing differentiation service. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of client PCs(20) are installed with an exclusive emulator or a web browser so as to use a home trading system through a network system(10) such as the Internet, performs a communication connection with a main server(30), and outputs various data related to a sale such as a selling item, a selling amount, and a selling price to the main server(30). The client PCs(20) receive sale result data and data related to a securities selling price mortgage loan service from the main server(30), display them on a screen, and output data of the loan application and loan amount that a user inputs, in order to use the securities selling price mortgage loan service to the main server(30). The main server(30) sells the corresponding securities by connecting to a securities exchange computing system according to selling order data that the user inputs, and outputs day selling result data of the corresponding securities and the data related to the securities selling price mortgage loan service to the corresponding client PC(20).
