PURPOSE: A drain casing holding apparatus for a pack drain apparatus capable of arranging drainages in an equilateral triangle is provided to have effects on consolidated drainage by banking pressure and construction efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A drain casing holding apparatus for a pack drain apparatus capable of arranging drainages in an equilateral triangle comprises: a hammer joint(21) for coupling to a hammer a hopper(10); a hopper(10) for inputting sand to a casing and equipping an incline(11) on the upper part and containing an incline(11) to fill up a pack connected to pack couplers(13, 13a) with sand by a funnel(22) equipped with a sand drop(12) formed on the incline(11) and a funnel(22a) formed in a column body(20) provided with a sand drop(22) formed by cutting a portion of a column body(20); a casing holding part(40) equipped with a casing fixture(41) for coupling a casing, wherein five casing fixtures(41) are formed on each corner of the casing holding part(40) and casing fixtures(41, 41a) are formed on the center to arrange the casing fixture(41) to form an equilateral triangle with other two adjacent casing fixtures(41); and a support(30) formed to connect the hopper(10) and the casing holding part(40) and composed of a space(31) and a passage for workers(32) for providing a space to combine a pack with a pack coupler(13a) of the hopper.
