PURPOSE: An apparatus and method for correcting a user interface of a wireless mobile station is provided to easily correct the user interface by loading a user definition GUI(Graphic User Interface) configuration file for providing a look and feel. CONSTITUTION: A control unit receives a GUI data of a service provider from an input and output interface, or receives the GUI data of the service provider through an RF transmitting and receiving unit and a receipt processing circuit unit during an air download procedure(TOA)(405). The control unit stores the new GUI data in a service provider GUI configuration file. The control unit corrects a part of a system GUI configuration file according to a new order value of the service provider GUI configuration file(410). The control unit executes a basic OS program for using the values corrected in the system GUI configuration file(415).
