PURPOSE: A method of a banner advertisement using a background screen is provided to manufacture a banner advertisement, provide the banner advertisement as a background screen to a web site, and automatically change the banner advertisement to other banner advertisement according to preset time slots. CONSTITUTION: An advertisement requested by an advertiser is manufactured to be suitable for a pertinent image. The advertisement undergoes a size and coding to become a banner advertisement. A time for which a certain banner advertisement lasts in a screen is set. The banner advertisement manufactured as above is processed in a sheet concept, in contrast to existing banners. That is to say, the existing banners are positioned in empty spaces in the web screen. But, the present invention positions the banners as a background of the web screen. To be specific, the banner are positioned in every corner in wanted forms, and the background processed banners are clicked to be moved to the pertinent web site in real time.
